We offer a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty on materials and a 10-year installation warranty (2-5 years for repairs), which protects against leaks or defects resulting from workmanship errors. We also register and send in your manufacturer’s warranty, which covers your roof for 40-50 years, depending on the product. Upgraded warranty options are available upon request.

Yes! We primarily install the CertainTeed Landmark shingle as it is a reliable, quality, and affordable product. However, we can also install luxury shingles for CertainTeed, GAF, and Owens Corning. There are many great luxury shingle styles for commercial properties that allow you to mimic the look of a cedar shake or slate roof for a fraction of the cost.
